From my experience in working in Korea, I can readily say that Rain may have been innocent of all charges. I have had many cases where I have not been informed of changes in my work schedule until the day of or even as I walk into work, so for the singer to be unaware of changes that have occured ahead of time is possible, especially if he is being managed in a similar fashion as most companies work/function in Kroea.

If you are a contracted worker with a valid visa, are you allowed the same labor laws as every other working legally working and contracted Korean resident. I was told recently by the manager that I have “no right to ask for anything outside what my contract specifies”. Is this correct or do government hired NSETS also have the right to claim the KOREAN STANDARD ACT LAWS without hassle?

I am interested to know if South African citizens living in South Africa would be able to do a private adoption from Korea. I’ve contacted the Korean adoption authority a number of times, but have never heard back. How will we find a birthmother in Korea who wants to do a private adoption? Thank you for your time.
